Carnation Grenadin Mix

Carnation Grenadin Mix refers to a popular heirloom variety of Dianthus caryophyllus  that produce highly fragrant, double-petaled flowers in a range of colors like scarlet, rose, white, and yellow. Historically, these clove-scented flowers were infused in syrups and drinks, leading to an early, aromatic precursor of what is now known as grenadine syrup.
